Problem:
Ulead VideoStudio 11 Plus: Application fails to launch from multiple instances

1.Install Ulead Video Studio application on the Server.
2.Launch the application while logged into a server machine remotely from client-1 say Tim. Application launches without any problem,
3.Without closing the first session, open another session of the server from the other client machine. Launch the second instance of Ulead VideoStudio application from the desktop shortcut created. We observe the error ”Application already running”

Solution:
Ulead VideoStudio 11 Plus: Multiple instance issue is resolved by launching the app-v shortcuts.
Admin_MSFT : [MSFT] Ulead application works in mulitple instances when launched from the app-v sequenced shortcuts.
